Here at The Effervescent Collective, we believe in the power of women who go first (and do it scared) AND bringing women along with them. How, we as individuals, can help stretch our environment and systems to make more space for ourselves and others simultaneously.

We also know that going first, doing hard things, and finding courage is no small task. This is why we kick off our work with an assessment of where you are in this journey and give some small tips to move yourself forward anyways.

We’re scared, but doing it anyway, and we welcome you along for the journey (it will most definitely be messy).
